To reset your FaithFi app, follow these steps:
- In the web app, click "Settings" from the bottom of the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. If you're using the mobile app, you can access Settings by clicking the three horizontal bars at the top right of your home screen.
- Choose the “Start Fresh” option from the menu.
- A dialog box will open, asking you to confirm the Reset option. If you select "Full Reset," your app will reset immediately.
Remember that if you choose to reset your app, you will lose all of your customized data and this operation cannot be undone. Please make sure that this is the best option for your account.
